1. The service

Cyanix Intelligence is a search-first AI assistant operated by CyanixLabs. The service may use web search, retrieved pages, citations, images, voice features, memory, files, model routing, and other tools or infrastructure depending on the product version and your settings.

Cyanix may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to keep material changes understandable through the product or our published updates.

2. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and access methods secure and for activity occurring through your account, except where that activity results from our own security failure.

Account information may include your name, email address, avatar, settings, onboarding information, and service preferences. Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is handled.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Cyanix for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Cyanix, subject to the rights needed to operate the service. You grant CyanixLabs a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use submitted content as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service and to comply with law.

Your chats may include messages, uploaded file metadata or contents, citations, sources, images, tool traces, feedback, preferences, and memory data. Some features may require this information to function.

If you enable a feature that permits your content to be used for training or evaluation, that choice is handled according to the setting presented to you. Do not submit confidential information unless you are comfortable with the processing described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI-generated output

Cyanix generates output probabilistically. Search results and citations can be incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect, and an apparently confident answer is not a guarantee of accuracy.

You are responsible for deciding whether output is suitable for your use. Do not rely on Cyanix alone for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other decisions where an error could cause significant harm.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Cyanix available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, provider failures, security incidents, rate limits, or circumstances outside our control.

Features, model availability, limits, pricing, and supported integrations may change over time.

7. Plans, subscriptions, and billing

Cyanix may offer free, paid, or other service plans. Where a paid plan is offered, the price, billing period, limits, renewal terms, and cancellation terms presented at purchase apply to that transaction.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment infrastructure. CyanixLabs does not need to store your full payment-card number to maintain the service; account records may contain billing identifiers and subscription status.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions—will survive.

9. Intellectual property

The CyanixLabs name, branding, software, interfaces, documentation, and other original service materials are owned by or licensed to CyanixLabs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CyanixLabs disclaims warranties that cannot be excluded by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where legally permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyanixLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

12. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact CyanixLabs through the contact method published on the official CyanixLabs website.
