Privacy Policy
What Cyanix Intelligence collects, why it uses that information, and how account and conversation data are handled.
This Privacy Policy describes how CyanixLabs (“CyanixLabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in Cyanix Intelligence and related Cyanix services.
1. Information we collect
The Cyanix backend uses account and application data such as:
- Account information: name, email address, avatar information, account creation/update timestamps, and onboarding information.
- Conversation data: chat titles, selected model, messages, message roles, timestamps, uploaded-file metadata or content represented in the service, citations, source URLs, images, and tool-execution traces.
- Preferences: theme, model preference, streaming preference, display name, personality, language, voice settings, image settings, context/history settings, and related product preferences.
- Feedback: ratings, feedback tags, comments, and references to the message or conversation being evaluated.
- Usage information: account-linked usage counts and dates used for service limits and product operations.
- Memory information: saved memories and associated metadata when the memory system is enabled or otherwise used by the product.
- Training/evaluation information: where the relevant setting or workflow permits it, messages, responses, feedback, model information, or evaluation data may be retained for training, testing, safety, or quality improvement.
- Subscription information: plan, subscription status, billing-provider customer/subscription identifiers, and billing-period information when applicable.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- authenticate accounts and provide Cyanix;
- save and retrieve conversations and preferences;
- provide memory and personalization features when enabled;
- perform searches, retrieve sources, generate responses, and display citations or tool traces;
- measure usage, enforce limits, and administer plans;
- process feedback and evaluate or improve system behavior where permitted by your settings and the applicable product workflow;
- detect abuse, protect security, debug failures, and maintain infrastructure;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. AI and third-party processing
Cyanix may send the information necessary for a requested operation to infrastructure or service providers used to run AI models, web search, voice, storage, payments, authentication, or other product features. The exact providers and processing paths can change as Cyanix evolves.
For an AI request, the content needed to produce the requested response may be processed outside the primary Cyanix database. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, private keys, or other secrets into a prompt.
4. Memory
Cyanix can maintain saved memory associated with an account. The current data model supports memory text, categories, source-chat references, entity information, confidence, relationships, embeddings, and whether a memory is durable.
Memory is intended to help Cyanix maintain useful context across conversations. You should review saved memories and avoid storing information you do not want the assistant to retain.
5. Training, evaluation, and feedback
Cyanix includes explicit preference data for training consent. When training or evaluation features are enabled, associated messages, responses, feedback, and model information may be used for system improvement, testing, or evaluation.
Product feedback can also be stored separately from your conversation so CyanixLabs can identify failures and improve the system. The presence of a training or evaluation record does not mean every conversation is automatically used to train a foundation model.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account history and requested features, enforce limits, improve reliability, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations.
Deletion from the active application does not necessarily mean immediate deletion from backups, logs, or records that must be retained for security or legal reasons.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on your account and applicable law, you may be able to change preferences, disable optional features, manage memory, change training-related choices, or request access to or deletion of personal information.
For a privacy request that cannot be completed through the product, contact CyanixLabs through the contact method published on the official CyanixLabs website. We may need to verify that a request is associated with the correct account.
9. Security
Cyanix uses authenticated accounts and row-level access controls around its application data. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
Cyanix is not intended to override age restrictions imposed by applicable law. If you are not legally permitted to use an online service in your jurisdiction without parental or guardian authorization, do not use Cyanix without the required authorization.
11. International processing
CyanixLabs and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, applicable safeguards will be used for cross-border processing.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Cyanix changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or the CyanixLabs website.
13. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact CyanixLabs through the contact method published on the official CyanixLabs website.
